Maximus_54 can you post the error log generated by the crash (deafult location 'C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\logs').

Uanime5, nice work from what I've seen. I also understand that you are working on Third Age: Total War, yes? People, give this man a break. If you had any idea how hard modding was, you would stfu with your incessant wimpering. If you do know how hard and time consuming modding is and still cry and whine, then shame on you. Modders don't get paid for their time and effort. And you reward them by being disrespectful, unappreciative, and arrogant? Bury your heads and shut your mouths, seriously.
Uanime5, I would like to give this mod some more attention in my mods spotlight thread, but when I tried to download it a few weeks ago, it had a big problem. I got it all installed and all the files moved to the right spot, but when I fired up the .bat, it went through it's routine, but said (0) files copied down the line. I tried several different things, all to no avail. This included turning off my UAC (Vista 32 here), running as administrator, etc. I am redownloading as I type this, so we'll see how it goes this time around. From what I've read/seen, it looks like great fun.
I'm assuming that upon next release, all of the attached fix files on the first post will be compiled together into one single download, correct? Anyway, thanks for all of your efforts in modding for us. You might not be able to tell, but it really is appreciated.

Wow, those screen shots are awesome, nice job. Just one suggestion though; you should make the Great Lakes navagable, like make ships able to travel through the St. Laurence River, Detroit River, Soo Locks, etc... It will really add more importance to the Great Lakes and make the area alot more interesting from a strategic standpoint.
Thanks for your support Wartower, it been sadly lacking in this thread.
I have heard that Vista has some problems with copying files or the files are copied but the mod doesn't start. I don't know why this is happening since it works fine with XP. I'd recommend pressing the number '0', rather than '1' or '2' so the mod starts without copying files.
All the fixes will be in the next version. The reason I upload these files, rather than reupload the whole mod, is that it takes 3 hours to compress and 6 hours to upload. By contrast I can upload patchs in a few minutes.
It's unfortunate that when I listen to criticisms or suggestions backed up by accurate research, such as those by cagatayc78 or Maximus_54, that many whiny idiots believe that I'll do whatever they want and that it's my fault if I won't or can't do it. I am making this mod and I decide what goes in it and it you don't like it stop complaining and make your own mod.
Another problem is that too many people are willing to report bugs but won't do anything to help me fix them. If I ask for an error log that means that I cannot fix your bug without one. If you don't help me I won't help you.
You're right about mirzaa, who is the most spoiled brat it has ever been my misfortune to come across. Every post contains whining and unreasonable demands, and when I ask him to stop he acts like it's all my fault. Truely immature.
Finally as I have repeatedly said I don't know how to make the turns go faster. If there are 31 factions and each of their turns takes 10 second then the total time is 310 seconds (over 5 minutes). I cannot change this. Also I don't know when I'll release the next version, as I still have a lot of work to do.
Edit: xpwnz0r I tried making the rivers navigational but it made the map look like it'd been cut with a knife and it was impossible for units to cross the rivers without a boat (I haven't tried it with land bridges but they don't show up on the map, so they're not that good).

I a playing mod wich contains 30 factions,and ai turn take about 40 sec,you mod take me 4 min.,anyway as we see,before will be published Empire: total war, than this mode yours I will never ever again playing this mod,sooo good luck,and seeee yaaA
P.S-you act like this mod is only mod for this game,and i forgot to say you,when you said that isn t your problem that the ai turns are long,surly isn t i just won t play this mod.

First of all, I wish I knew your 3rd grade english teacher because between the two of you, one of you is an idoit. Second, just sitting around and crying doesnt help fix any problems, you obviousally just posted that because you just wanted to make someone angry. And finally, regardless of what you think, alot of people are excited about this mod. Oh, and no one is making you play this mod, so if the turn time is bothering you, why dont you just uninstull it and make your own? I'm sure it would be perfect.
Also, I was looking at some websites for console commands and found a few, such as "ai_turn_speed" and "run_ai". I have no clue what they do, but I was hoping that someone else might.
