    2. ... is there any map with all the factions?

    1. When it's ready.
    2. Here's the map of the mod. The faction territories aren't showb, mainly because they are under revision.
    3. Other than the blood stains from vainilla? Not in the first release at least, but it can be considered for upcoming releases. Mods like "red tide" (IIRC the name) have modified this aspect, but they are a bit extreme at some times...

    Crimson Tide. Latest version is 4.2 already for some time, it also adds climate effects like sand, snow, dirt on the armour. It's sometimes perhaps too extreme but still worth it I think.

    Hell, I'm a man, you can't blame me for not distinguishing more than red, blue and yellow (aside from black and white)

    Dirt is already incluided in vainilla M2TW. In fact, there are problems because riders get (or got, don't know if it's solved) too dirty in like 10 seconds after beginning a battle. It's like they've been in mud wrestling, but without all the boobs and dirty buttocks...
