it's a great minimod but i personally don't find it worth any of it cause of the crash you get when having faction leaders on the battle field. And I love capturing King Charles.

Correct me if I'm wrong Emperor, but I thought the Faction Heir ctds were caused by Shakesword's Kingdoms version. Phoenix's mod only changes the graphics textures and in its basic form shouldn't give any problem - unless the graphics card can't handle the increased load.

The building and map textures were a bit too heavy for me - so I ended up just by adding the unit textures. A huge improvement and IMHO well worth having just for them.

Have you got a technique for capturing King Charles? This happened once and it brought me a ransom of £10,000 but sadly haven't been able to repeat it - he usually manages to commit suicide one way or another! Not a very Kingly thing to do - would be nice if he could be scripted not to die until the appointed time comes !

i add hitpoint traits to him he still does suadical action but doesn't die easily. tho as for the Lord Astley(got shot by a volley of muskets while charging) and Sir Manarduke(killed by a cannon) well they were unlucky even with the extra hitpoints.

if it is clogged full of stuff, it can interfere with downloads
