It SHOULD also convert .tga to .dds files, at least this is what the readme says.

Only if you have the nvdxt converter on your computer. Do you have it?

It's included in the Sprites generator folder. Anytime I try to launch it, a DOS windows with a lot of stuff comes up but can't read it cause it closes immediately.

EDIT: nevermind, I will use this tool to generate the sprite_script and I will use manual commands in NVDXT to convert .tga files.

but my .tga sprites have not been renamed not converted to .dds.

sprite script generator give you the list of the sprite that will be made by RTW.
Once the sprites made, you have files .spr and .tga.
You can rename all the files in same times with a sofware as Lupas Rename (by example), and after, usinf DDS Converter 2, you convert you .tga in .dds. And finally, with Lupas Rename, you rename the .dds in .tga.dds.
It works , i've made it again yesterday.

That isn't what this tool does, this tools generates the sprite_script.txt file that will be used by the game engine to generate sprites it does not convert files from tga to dds.

But I Cant I Cant Create Those Sprites

Does this tool work with the generated RTW sprites? After all it converts the sprite files into texture files.
