Croatia was largely under Hungarian rule in the middle ages. They don't really fit into what we are doing here.

The whole mod is going through an overhaul, including changing the starting date. Even if we weren't changing the date, 22 years is not really long enough to justify having them.

Not at all. Just because you are not turning history on its head, it doesn't mean that you will know what will happen. Either way, Croatia is not part of this mod. All factions have been decided and will only change at my whim.
