Nice mod, I really like it! but I have a problem: whenever I run the mod it doesnt go into full screen like MTW and its sequals do [if you know what I mean] I dont know why that happens .

I have a little trouble...
I followed step by step the installation instructions, but...I see no installation icon in my Med2 folder, I just have a pair of launch icons.
Well, when I double click on them, fkoc start but in a window.

Again sorry, it gets somewhat tedious constantly having to repeat myself to people about this.

Yeah that's normal, the campaign starts before the actual beginning of the Civil War. You'll receive an event message saying when the two sides declared war.
