hi where do i find the for_king_or_country.cfg.
hi where do i find the for_king_or_country.cfg.
You find it in the main med2 folder, wherein you also find the FKoC folder. Change the .cfg ending to .txt, then you can read and change it. Then change it back to .cfg. But make a copy before you change anything!
AlphaDelta: Great mod! Enjoying it for the last days, and when you said you didnīt work on it anymore I was sad and started to mod alot in it. You should really work together with all the other modders! The potential of the things your team made is far greater! I could imagine that there could be a mix between the "Das heilige roemische Reich" and your military units to simulate the 30 years war. And of course the request from the "Last Frontier"-guy. He asked two times now.
So, now I will install this patch. Thanks for that work!
wow wow downloading
Hi AD,
Congratulations on this awesome MOD that you gave us.
I was playing the previous versions and having great fun.
I'd gladly download the new version also but I have this slight problem with downloading files from filefront servers.
Can we please have a mirror site for downloading just like the other versions of this mod had (for example moddb.com or fileshack)?
Thanks in advance,
Cheers

Great work, downloading now. I hope to sneak in some King and Country over the Christmas Holiday...thanks for the early present!!!!

The House of Baltar
Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers
Thanks to the fine advertisement of the AAR by SeniorBatavianHorse, I find myself drawn to this mod like a moth to a candle.
I was very disappointed when NTW2 was unable to produce a single-player campaign (due to the hard-coded connection between missile units and skirmish mode), so I am really excited to see a Pike and Musket mod for M2TW.
It is clearly an incredible achievement and I can't wait to start playing.
Ok, downloaded and installed. Started a game, opens to a half screen, cant adjust...am I missing a setting somewhere?
EDIT: Ok, thanks for the quick answer.....................

Strange problem. I installed 1.5 over MTW2 version 1.2 and I don't get a FKOC shortcut on my desktop,or an .exe file in the SEGA MTW2 folder!
you can make your own shortcut:
make one from the for_king_or_country.bat (for example to your desktop), then right click on it and chose properties. There you can chose Change Icon.. To select the correct Icon there browse to your M2TW folder and select the file fkoc_icon.ico.
That's it you have your genuine beatiful FKOC Shortcut!
Hi, Musketeer - L_F here.
It's confusing at first, but you'll soon get the hang of it. Well worth a little effort - honest!
I just can`t say more than awesome!! there are no words to express my thanks and appreciation to your mod. Thank you guys for your dedicated work
May Allah the merciful save you all from any danger that surround you.
Salam
one thing i've noticed is that in the readme it says that ulster is now on the map but in the campaign there is no ulster
Thanks for this superb mod.
Sorry that work pressures have taken over but thats life!
Keep in touch with the forum and all the best
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]I would rather have a russet coated Captain who knows what he fights for and loves what he knows. Than him who you call a Gentleman and is but little else
Oliver Cromwell
Sorry about that. I didn't get around to adding it, or the Irish units I had planned.one thing i've noticed is that in the readme it says that ulster is now on the map but in the campaign there is no ulster
