W:TW Factions modeled after which M2:TW factions?

So I know that The Lannisters are modeled after England, and those guys in the desert (I forget their name as I just began book #2. At first Davos chapter) are modeled after a Muslim faction, and I think it's safe to assume that the Greyjoys are modeled after the Danes (they have no calvary according to another thread) but what about the other factions?

Stark is Scottland. Tully is France. Greyjoy is the Holy Roman Empire.

I think I can answer this pretty effectively.
Stark=Scottland (actually Scottish Rebels as a base...)
Tully=France
Arryn=Portugal
Greyjoy=HRE
Lannister=England
Joffrey=Venice
Tyrell=Milan
Stannis=... Um, I actually don't remember. I think Denmark, but I could be wrong.
Martell=Moors

Note that this is just the base factions we used for the initial skins. Frankly, most of the factions are based on the resources of that faction in the books, and as such consist of a hodgepodge of units from various factions. It's why you see HRE Greatsword models in with the normally blue Arryns, among other things.
