Eothese, some friends of mine are experiencing some problems with the mod: they put your files in the proper folder but when game starts old files auto-regenerate... Can you help?

That certainly needs more detailed information. The only files generated are the string.bin and rwm files and the animation and sound packs. Which ones are you talking about?

Not sure about this one, mine installs into a separate mod folder: The Grail of the seven Forts

when i extract it 2 popups come and baically say the file is curropt

Can someone tell me how do you increase the wall's strength of the new stone fort ? I just took out a stone fort wall with 1 trebuchet shot
I'm guessing the computer is still using the strength of the former wooden wall.

and also the soldiers can walk through the wall, please fix

I'm using the retrofit mod with the more units mod, at at this point can't figure out why it will or will not CTD during fort battles. Its the only time it happens, Can someone with more knowledge on the subject tell me how to go back to wooden forts?

SEGA messed up their update all those years ago - you can have pre placed stone forts but not buildable ones, check here.
