Help With Getting The Game Started

hello i'm new to the forum...i've tried every possible way to get this mod working...but i always end up getting stuck at the unknown error just when it's about to start the game...

Are you running M2TW version 1.0 by any chance?

You need to running 1.2 or 1.3

i had a clean copy of 1.0 installed. then i went to 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3...didn't work...
then i tried it with a 1.0 and then just 1.2...didn't work
i also tried installing kingdoms and then the mod...also dosn't seem to work

Can you show me the crash log from when you are running M2TW 1.2?

thats the one i posted...i think there's no difference to the other crash logs i got when trying to run it on the other patches.

it's soo weird..i've tried like every possible option...

it seems like some files of the patches haven't been installed correctly...or something is wrong with the mod files...but then again i've installed it so often already

This is version 1.0 of M2TW I believe. Mine start:
