Default Trying to get two mods.

Hi, I'm trying to have two mods at once, but im having a bit of trouble.
I have Roma Surrectum installed to 1.5b and saved in a separate folder.
But I accidently deleted my vanilla install.

And im not quite sure what to do from here, do I re-install the orginal game,or is their something else I need to do?

Sorry, im not very good with this kind of stuff.

Make a new, clean install of Rome Total War.

Copy the entire file labled "Rome Total War" as many times as is needed.

The mods are actually just patches. So it doesn't need to register as an installed game to work correctly.

He cant copy it to make a new fresh install, if his only install is a modded one, rename modded folder to RS, put in the disc, go to my computer, click your drive, click setup, then click repair and it will make a rome - total war folder which is unmodded and "vanilla"

I said he needs a clean install.

The files themselves will operate as separate applications, not linked to one another, so thus they can each be used with a seperate mod.

    :/...

step one- Make a new, clean install of Rome Total War.

step two- Copy the entire file labled "Rome Total War" as many times as is needed.

step three- Install a seperate mod into each folder.

after note-The mods are actually just patches. So it doesn't need to register as an installed game to work correctly.

You need to do everything all over again because RS overwrites vanilla files, and since you have deleted the vanilla files by accident the only way to install a second mod is to uninstall RS and Rome, re-install Rome, and make an extra copy of it for the other mod besides RS that you want to install.
