    Sweden used bombs, i dont know which others who did but sweden did.

    The fact remains, that grenadiers actually threw their grenades against the enemy in field battles.

    I found it, they are using the animation fs_fast_javelinman (or something like that) and it really looks like they are throwing bombs and not spears. If anyone could create the bomb (from historical facts of course) we could implent this bomb in the game really soon

    By the time of the early 18th century, grenades were not used in field battles in favor of better technology.
    Several times, swedish caroleans used their grenades in field battles.

    Thanks mates, they actually throw them as spears They grasp them wide overhanded and throw them. Why was it so that Grenandiers were later elite regiments? I mean bombs are really powerful.
