Hi Darkside,
you can post a poll by
- checking the "Yes, post a poll with this thread" option at the bottom of the page upon creating a new thread
- if you have an already existing thread, click the "Add a Poll to this Thread" option in the Thread Tools menu

Well, what PowerWizard posted applies, but since you have less than 50 posts, you cannot create a poll. Once you reach the required number of posts, you will be able to do so normally.
