well theres a folder called MTW2 files right well replace that with RTW files and add in the RTW stuff and bang i dont have it so but...
This won't work with RTW files. There are many little differences.
By example, Geomod reads bin files, but there are only txt files in RTW. There are new entries everywhere. Syntax changed a little (commas, spaces and tabs...). Etc etc
But there is the source code of the program in the archive, if you can program in PureBasic you can easily change the code to fit RTW. But it will a lot of time and tests.....
Great work Octavius, this seems to be a great tool.

thanks.I think I've found the problem.whenever I change something in Geomod, all of the buildings in descr.strat, from all the towns are destroyed. It is called system.log.txt and resides in the root of M2TW
Couldn't find region name 'New_Province' in stringtable

Settlement(Derry) in region(Derry) has not been given a core building. Any settlements above village level must have an appropriate core building! This settlement is level 2, and should have a level 1 core building.

Don't think it is a problem with GeoMod. All the entries are created automatically. I usually delete this file in the imperial_campaign folder as it doesn't have any influence on the database lookup (despite the name): descr_regions_and_settlement_name_lookup.txt.
Try the following:
load the mod in GeoMod, highlight the Adrianople Region, validate it, save everything and start your mod again. If your next error mentions Athens then you know what to do.
nope still Adrianople
what file does this error occur
I have a problem. What do after I create a region?Do I start the game,or try to replace the files on the main game.Well,I tried to replace the files and started hit start campaign, but it booted me back to the main screen.Do I need Kingdoms installed.
you didnt delete map rwm
I did
did you copy the files in the right places?
and i still cant get the map to work!
I'm not a general modder so I didn't know what I was doing
You should know how to add a region manually before using Geomod (see Nakhadar for a tutorial). I can't explain where do your errors come from. I can't reproduce them.
map.rwm is automatically deleted by Geomod.
For Adrianople, did you mod the original campaign map, or an already modded map ? It is possible that the already modded string bin is partially corrupted, can you open it with BinEditor ?
Please check all your files are in the good folders and you use --io.file_first, etc.
