Based on my reading of those last two, and I can only assume that this was the way that the Tribunal saw it, they were not questions. They were simply statements, or at the very least entirely rhetorical questions?

I have to completely disagree with this, there is so much work that goes into merging mods especially when there not compatible in various ways. If your doing alot it requires knowledge of almost every file.

Yes, you can especially when the unit in question in the screenshot has been specifically banned from being used in any mod in any way shape or form.

lol how can an unit been banned? i mean, Lol that issn't a real person or something?? Was it because it was naked or what? hmm seen naked soldiers in EB before so don't know ive thats against the ToS??

What's more, in certain screenshots of Wars of the Gods you are showing models that were included in Banzai!'s Hegemon mod (namely the riders of the Persian and Egyptian Chariots). This is not the first time you have been warned about trying to sneak Banzai's work into your mods; last time that happened you were warned very strongly and told in very clear terms that nothing from Banzai and Hegemon should find its way into your mods again.

so yeah, he putted 2 bad looking chariots in his mod, whats wrong with that?? Can't make up that he diddn't asked permission?

A Unit is banned if the creator of this unit doesn´t allow you to use it.

If you would create something, and someone else would copy it and claim its his creation, you would get mad, too. And if you don´t want it to be copyied, but he nevertheless does it, you will get mad, too.

In this scenario, "Iran is the rational actor" is the most rational answer by

rapists and murderers of innocent and weak Japanese, Vietnamese, Iraqis and .................. Go lick what you've been spitting.

These are showcase insults - and 3 of them in post. While I wonder why only the second insult was infracted, the infraction itself is absolutely justified and quite merciful. Not sure what he wants to appeal here.

Time to break down Poet's Appeal original post because I'm bored and have nothing better to do. I should be the new Harry Lime or something:

I was warned for insulting others for a post which was not clearly aimed at any member or any group of members from any state.

Here we go. It still doesn't matter. It was still an insulting post that was sent to a person that he had quoted.

First of all, "go urinate on bodies of weak" was a clear message about those who did that and they were US state officials in Afghanistan, secondly even if that was for US how this can be taken as an insult instead of on-topic freedom of expression?

There is no Freedom of Expression in TWC. State officials would imply that they were direct governmental officials, not soldiers.

Don't members freely criticize Israelis (not members from Israel) for being butchers?

Key word there, criticize. I may criticize Israel but I never insult the country or its people.

Don't they freely bash Pakistanis for being backstabbers or promoting terrorism?

Bash is such a vague term. But Pakistan is a country that backstabbed the ISAF and promotes terrorism.

Don't they insult Arabs or Persians on perverted application of shariah laws?

Don't pull that card, Poet. Don't even try to paint yourself in that corner.

Why Americans are so special?

I wasn't aware that every member in the Political Mudpit was American. Apparently Britain, France, Canada, Spain, and almost every country in the world is now the US.

What was bad if I saved my time and instead of typing "American Govt. officials and specifically soldiers" I typed Americans?

Then you would have said "EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN URINATES ON BODIES" and looked like an arse in the process.

What difference does it make? Does ToS require this retarded level of care from every member or this grey area is only used for some of us?

Us? Come on. I have 8 infractions, two of which are active. I deserved every single one of them. The ToS is there to make this place fair and enjoyable for everyone.

The second one was about a rule in the constitution, but just in wrong place.

The first and another similar one "1337ism" can be called similar. Sometimes the Old guard posts are too artistic to be easily understood by us smaller citizens. Both have something to say, just that most of us couldn't understand it.
