Magic Man's infraction is a joke.. Another example of trigger-happy mods. "He's Home-schooled" OOOHH NOESSS THE APOCALYPSE IS NEAR!!!! HUR UR HUR.

Well quite. Both of his latest infractions have been for petty (if not absurd, such as the picture of his hand holding a fag) reasons, and, in my opinion, beyond the realms of moderator discretion.

Which he stated he already provided to the moderation staff. Your complaint seems to revolve around the fact that you can't see the PM in question. Since you have no part in deciding the issue, and the PM has been provided to those who do, what's the problem?

Not just me, but all the past 4000 people posting and 108 000 people can't judge and possibly influence a case - Which is not legit. These people are more or less the Fourth Estate.

Offcourse you would de facto not be infracted for a simple post like that, but now as you stand before the court, legal "witch hunt" procedure is followed as it should.

Was there a challange, implyed or direct, which confront MM or other members, on tangent with the subject? If yes, then he is allow to follow the flow of the thread. It's that simple.

Tribunes are and always have been free from the influence of those "higher powers". It was that way when I was a Tribune, and I damn sure wont be pushing Tribunes one way or another on a case.

seems to me that whenever MM is in the tribunal, one or both of the brothers are in this thread instigating his guilt regardless of their connection to the case................
that being said, MM's post was slightly but obviously offtopic in the Thema Devia, but would not a simple deletion suffice in this case, given that the parameters of an insult can be ruled out?

that is true, although it wasnt established (or at least assumed) as a non-insult untill after being forwarded to tribunal

This is a byproduct of the line of thought that overturning an infraction is "losing" and the lack of inflence non-Citzens have on site decisions.
