I guess I'll have to learn how to remove certain units and ancillaries, then.

I think there's three of them actually. Shire was divided into two parts so I named upper part as Shire and settlement in there as Michel Delving. Lower part I named as Southfarthing and settlement in there as Longbottom.
no one saw this soo:
my rabbit (i have a rabbit yeah..)bitted the batery wires (i use a laptop to mod, play etc), and now i can't turn it on due the super low battery level (it has no energy), i've contacted the company (toshiba), to see if it's possible to get a new cables, they said it is, becouse im still i the guarantee, but it takes alot time becouse it must come from the factory, etc. It will take a couple of weeks, or even a month, and becouse all modding stuff is in the pc, while i can't turn it on, i can't mod..
read it carefully

yeah a hobbit ancillary isn't really all that justified, I think it's possible to make some, like for example a turncoat and i doubt anyone evil would take a hobbit as a personal slave, maybe someone good would have a servant. Any Uruk-hai or orc would probably just eat them and a Nazgul needs no such thing. But putting in some just for the heck of it because they were such a big part of LOTR doesnt make much sense.
We decide to add few hobbit things actually because they there big part of LOTR and it's bad to totally exclude them. Only two team members are opposite them and users. Some want them some opposite but i don't think it would be baad if vthe include some hobbits in game

From team only yopu two against them. So stop discussing. If you don't want them - exclude them from your mod version. But stop excluding them everythere. Some people want them. Why we should create hMiddleearth without hobbits only because they are quite passive as for you

The hobbits were there - why not put them in? Although they were somewhat passive, that's still no reason to exclude them totally.
Gameplay beats total, 100% lore-based realism anyway, as long as it feels realistic. And adding hobbits, even if it's only as some sort of ancillary would certainly make the mod feel more LotR-esque.
Curious Curialist curing the Curia of all things Curial.
they're going to be added as ancillaries (by moi)
i just don't know how, like, this ancillary (like one named Frodo, Sam, Pippin, Merry etc...) can't be in game for the 900 turns, i must play with the triggers..
and for god sake read this:

I think it's pretty much insane to add hobbits such as Frodo, Samwise, Meriadoc and Peregrin as ancillaries to game, after all this is Total War mod, not RPG even we are using some elements from RPG.
we discussed that, isthari of mithndil said it was better to have them as ancillaries..lol

In my opinion we should leave hobbit characters compeletely out.

There can be hobbit units but I'm totally against hobbit characters as ancillaries who had pretty much nothing to do with battles.
