Please check out my book. It has recieved good reviews from those who have read it. My facts are spot on and it would prove to be a good read for anyone. My goal is for everyone who reads it to learn something. I hope you find it enjoyable.

It looks like self-publishing (sort of), but I could be wrong

I myself was a contributing writer for The Bible.
I wrote the Prologue and dedicated it to my dog, Biscuts.

The review said it has spelling errors, now I'm not a writer but I heard one useful tip, which is to give your work to some professor before publishing it. Sure it costs a little, but he'll correct all those spelling etc. mistakes you've made.

It is nice to know people like you, are finding out more details that we would have read in our history books. I find history seams only concerned with kings, queens & their exploits [in the main]. Personally I find the history of the common man more interesting. Keep up the good work!

@ Attila of Nazareth. One of the better books I've read about the crusades was a diary written by one of the knights on the 1st crusade. Wish I could remember the title. An American travelled to France to find his family's roots and ended up being told that he was the last member of the family of a knight who went on crusade and being given the diary. The French government decided to keep it as an important cultural artifact, but he was allowed to publish the contents (translated from provencal).

One interesting thing that the Knight said was that the English were little more than barbarians and that a contingent of Vikings were warned to stop raping and pillaging in France and Italy on their way to the holy land. They stopped pillaging and just settled with raping, which was acceptable. The Vikings also played a game where they stood around in a circle and threw a hard leather ball at the crotch of the guy opposite. If you flinched, you were out of the game. lol
