I would suggest next time somebody requests a non-mod roll that both players give their consent, coz i don't like being put in these sort of positions, and if major has permission to do rolls than gainsey shouldn't have come to the mod action thread to request a second roll.

I gave Major a while back the license to do rolls such as Birth Rolls, non-fatal duels, and other such RP rolls.

Assassinations, Battles and Captures of main characters are Mod only
