That clearly wasn't it's purpose. You tried to go south, I want to kill you anyway so I would have attacked you wherever you were, and LW is dead anyway (KoS has over 5000 he hasn't put into battle even if LW beats Stildawn, which is unlikely)

Mod decision on a retreat.... Just come up with a ratio I dont mind really.... My left and rear are clear as LW is in front and Nole is in the right.

its still classified as assassination. The mods will have to look into what the odds would be, as there are no set modifiers to it

Just for future refrence no SI items are allowed to be used in duels if you try it the post will be deleted and things will just carry on i thought everyone by now knew this

What do you mean no SI's? Armor/weapon bonuses are still used if agreed upon right?
