It looks good -- the Reston text is the most recent.

There also the movie I linked to:

Richard the Lionheart & Saladin /
    Richard Bedser from 2005

    and

    This hasn't been mentioned yet:

    Lionhearts :
Saladin, Richard I, and the era of the Third Crusade / Geoffrey Regan
    1999, 1998 English Book xxv, 254 p. : ill., maps; 24 cm.
    New York : Walker, ; ISBN: 0802713548 9780802713544

If you want a book that deals with Saladin in a....slightly less than heroic manner, intended to be a counterpoint to the common depiction of him in post-WW2 pre 1900s crusades history, read Andrew S. Ehrenkreuz' "Saladin" (Albany: State University of New York Press, 1972: ISBN 087395095X, 9780873950954) - where he gets the same treatment as Richard got in the same period. Ehrenkreuz looks a lot at Saladins motivations and pulls out some lesser known episodes in his life.

Parts of it formed the current view on Saladin as more of a politician and get-it-done-no-matter-how ruler than the "chivalrous enemy" that contemporary pop culture tends to paint him as. It can seem a bit crass sometimes, but he gets lighter off than Richard did in the seventies.

You forgot one good movie for your research, kb8.
Brokeback Mountain was based on Saladin's/Lionheart's relationship.
