Oh sorry, I was too enthusiastic to understand that was fact.
Pardon me...
well, I don't think you can port a missle shotting soldier with the phalanx...
but, you can make the formation go roughly shoulder to shoulder, making squares and even lines much stronger, and more realistic in shape.
and you're welcome. I withheld the release of this research ouside of N2TW fora so as to confirm the results.
I haz a culler!! (really, who gives a darn? its totally meaningless, and it doesn't really accurately reflect who I am)
The pikemen, are they supposed to fight with their hands? Do you think you can correct that?
As this thread is called "Special units which we want to see!", is it possible to make a Swedish Hakkapellitta(not shure about the spelling) unit?
If so, you almost already have the model, because the "Cuirassier" unit for Prussia and Austria is very look-a-like
By the way, I just can't wait for the bombardier and that late Cuirassier
I would like to see Pirates units
Sweden are lacking a variety of cavalry, and I found this nice uniform for Bohus Dragonskvadron(Bohus Squadron of Dragoos), the green-yellow one.
If possible(I mean, you guys must be drowning in work, not to mention your studies(I know the importance of education, especially in these times),
maybe you can add these units in a patch, if so I'm already longing for it

What about adding some new Units for sweden in patch?
I thought these regiments; Jönköping and Kalmar, would be nice(their uniforms are awesome!). If so, you only need to reskin the original Swedish musketeer,
and maybe add somewhat better morale and attack(otherwise they would just be "eye-candy", though that isn't wrong either).

Hmm. We would also add them to other factions than...
Yeah, I wouldn't think that these are Sweds
Well, the swedish system was organized on the landscapes, and the landscapes colours. But after 1720 all of that was changed, and everyone got National colours.

I think that is rather sad
while they did indeed get liffana (Colonel Flag) in leu of preexisting kompanifana (Ordennance, or regiment-unique flag), the liffana was not exactly the swedish national colors (the yellow cross on blue). what they got instead was the royal emblem on a white background, with the 1st canton always adorned with the device that appeared in the middle of the kompanifana. you can see an reconstructed example here:
at the bottom of the page.

eh? Wasnt the Mithras hat always used?
