Why are you asking him to change it again...?
I mean no disrespect, but it is pointless to keep asking for change when he has already changed his mind about something. Besides, that would add even MORE work to the team and would delay the mod several more weeks at least.

Yes. They were invented by the Welsh much latter. Since longbow is defined as a bow the height of a man, I suppose you could apply the term to a weapon of such description in earlier times, but the English longbows referred to here were definitely not around in the Frankish era

you have several weapondevelopements which one can't realy chronologically arrange with last guarantee...
and even if you know that there was no description of longbows before a certain age you can't be realy sure if they weren't used before the known date.

The "stick bow" has been used for several thousend of years. If we needed range or power, you reached with the increasing the size of the bow. So the "long" bow was used many years ago and many places. This is only a "definition", but you are right, the "historical" longbow's trade mark had welsh and english longbowman in the medieval ...
...BUT the "longbow" has been used in north europe and for e.g. scandinavia before the medieval.

In the campaigns you have played/tested so far, has this faction done anything significant? They seem to be powerful enough to eventually wipe out the other factions. Do they normally do this, or are they just sort of 'there'?

I'm only concerned because, on the Vanilla campaigns, there is always that one faction that decides to vanquish all the others, leaving just you and them. So, in other words, is this faction pretty aggessive?

From what I've seen so far, mate, they are fairly moderate. However, every Campaign is different.

Love this mod so far, from what I've played the Franks are my favorite faction, because the units fit my play style. Great work. Quick question though are the Danes usually aggressive towards the Franks because they declared war on me and we have been fighting for 25+ years (I think it's closer to 30) with no signs of peace.
