I have absolutely no idea . I don't have the steam version of M2TW or even steam installed. My only suggestion is to try.

Everything about this mod is superb. Not only are the units, campaign and music a great touch but it has a great atmosphere. It has the immersion that many mods don't have and most strive for. It's one of the best mods out so far and is one of the most original.

I have that problem all the time Atterdag, I can't find my gold edition RTW, so I'm playing on the old 3 disc version

But luckily I have m2tw in my sights now, so I can play

Ive played it a bit, and i have to say, its pretty well done. A few typos in the campaing descriptions. The battles are gonna take some getting used to, as of now it is very akward to fight like they did, but its not your fault for stupid AI. Attacking forts is akward as well, as sometimes the men get caught in the dreaded reform glitch. Did they fix that in kingdoms? Also, its kinda hard to keep track of the regiment system that you have. Perhaps a readme that shows the recruitable locations for every unit regiment would be nice. Also, the covenant lancers may be a wee bit over powered, as they completely raped my harqubuisers, who appeared to be better armored and better equiped. For a fast mod, this is'nt as buggy as I thought. No CTD's yet in campaign. Also, if there were any infantry that used swords in this period that are not represented for whatever reason, it would help immensely in assaulting forts. Overall a good mod

oh, and for some reason, the bloom effect does little to nothing on the beauty of the troops. As well as Anitrospic filtering.

Yeh sorry about that, I was typing the descriptions quickly without the aid of a spell check. It can be easily sorted in a future patch though

Is this any different to the version I was testing? Oh and I think I know why the black screens where happening:
I had forced AA and AF settings in Catalyst Control Center
