Hi jokamachi,
In KGCM I started off with the bigmap made by Spurius, and have worked on it extensively since adding many more regions and lots of improvements. Infact the original bigmap is almost unrecognisable to my campaign map now. Bigmap is the maximum size map this game can support. As for what areas the map covers I am afraid it is exactly the same as the original game. For a map extended more to the east with the americas removed I strongly recommend Stainless Steal mod.

could you provide some screenshots of this mod? I can't seem to find them anyway. Thanks
EDIT: nevermind I found them.
i think the americas is a good thing about this mod

I agree, it adds a new factor to the late game after you get tired of fighting in Europe against the same people over and over again.
i tried playing deus lo vult, but the map its insanely big and the game loads very slowly, i have 1 gb RAM and a radeon 9600, can i spect playing this mod?
you will be able too, although you'll need to turn down your settings to low. You really shouldn't be playing Medieval 2 on that system.
Take this test, then run for M2TW: Kingdoms

This test will be able to test your whole system and tell you where you might have issues, if any.

yet when i opened the map in deus lo vult, i could hardly move the cursor with so many stuff on the map, also it took a loooong time to load, i think its weird because i played stainless steel a few months back and it ran somewhat smooth (minus the time that it took to take turns)
It looks like you passed easily. KGCM should run smoothly on your system. There must have been something wrong with your DLV mod. I recommend giving KGCM a try, and if you run into any troubles, let us know and we'll help you out. KGCM is very stable and very fun, so this prob wont be a problem
oh ok it just finished downloading, ill let you know how it ran, thanks for the help btw
your welcome, let me know if any trouble arises
well, i opened the game, everything looked good, chose the teutonic order, put both settings on hard, clicked play, it played some intro movie, and then started to load the map, it took a while, like 40 seconds, but i figure it was because i was playing for the 1st time, but when it finished loading, the map showed some white patches and the textures were all messed up, its there a way to post a screenshot so you can see what im talking about?
did u do the display fix? theres a link in the stickied section. That sounds like what your problem is.
can you direct me were that link is?
