I've installed the newest patch already.

Sounds like a corrupted DL to me. I'd DL it again if I were you.

Redownloaded and reinstalled. Same CTD, same error.

Edit: Deleted everything IBFD, then reinstalled, and it works fine.

Oh, it's excellent. Aside from some small bugs I pointed out in seperate thread (and the absence of the Sarmatians, which is made up for by having the Romano-British playable), I love it.
