Is it just me, or have we stopped patronizing citizens? I've noticed a large number of good candidates and I'm surprised they aren't citizens yet, in fact, I don't remember seeing a new citizen for a number of weeks :hmmm:

I'm not patronising anymore. If I see a good candidate I recommend them to other Citizens.

We still have high numbers of people getting patronized, and based on personal experience, a lot of people are waiting for their patrons to get their act together and actually write up the paragraphs.

I stopped offering to patronise people for now, since the last three I sent stuff to all had been approached by someone else, but I'm still waiting to see their thread in CdeC main..
