Sirs,
I see in the FAQ how one goes to put secondary fire back into the game but my question is this: How do I adjust the Americas campaign to do what has been done in this Mod whereby the archers, etc. do not have the ability to use fiery projectiles? I know this is probably a dumb question but I tried pasting the desc_projectiles.txt file (sp) into the Americas folder and deleting the descr_geography.db and descr_geography_new.txt (forgive me if I didn't put the exact filename as my brain is shutting down right now) out of the data folder.
Great Mod (the best I've seen so far!)

Hi Bob,
If you like my changes to missile units feel free to add the descr_projectile.txt (found in the mod data folder) to SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data.

Thanks and I did just that but the game didn't change one lick! Add to that, I tried your changes with regards to lowering the rewards for missions and it didn't change as well! Do I need to uninstall Americas, reinstall it and then make the file changes?
