    Beautiful units(unities)! The side Bysantin seems in good construction...

    What are there western factions? I grow tired of anachronisms of 11 ème and 12 ème century when offer the skins of the generals and the knights. In the time(period), the knights had no helmet closed by 13 ème century
    ( The most wide-spread helmet of time(period) being the " helmet in nasal " of Norman type)
    ...horses had no "dresses" as for the tournaments ...the lances of the knights were not the ones tournaments either ...the overall of annular stitch was far from being generalized and many knights still carried(wore) the "broigne" of leather strengthened by details(rooms) of metal... Do you Go to correct this visual aspect with the version 2 of PRO ET REDGE? That would be nice !

    Yes, the mailed knights and feudal knights will be getting a makeover in this mod. If you watch the Byzantine preview video, you can see some Siculo-Norman knights with nasal helms.

    Feudal knights with barrel helms etc won't be making an appearance until early 13th century. Likewise no surcoats until that date either.

    Really? In that case, it will be the first mod to correct these unhappy anachronisms of western factions... I am delighted! Deeply the exit of PRO DEO AND REDGE! Merçi one thousand in the audacious moddeurs!

    Please do try to get your Greek spelling right! It's Skoutatoi and Mourtatoi. Otherwise very good.

    In the video you see many new norman units is it possible you post them here to? + perhaps you even have more units from ather factions.

    You're right there are a few Norman units in the preview. I've actually gone ahead and revised some of them since then though. Right now I am working on Sergeant units. The idea (which I think I've explained before) is that all western factions will share the same sergeant level units.

    Sergeant Spearmen
    1st Level: padded gambesons/nasal helms/kite shields
    Upgrade: mail armour/nasal helms/kite shields

    Sergeant Crossbowmen
    1st Level: padded gambesons/nasal helms/knife secondary weapon
    Upgrade: mail armour/nasal helms/knife secondary weapon

    Men-At-Arms Swordsmen
    1st Level: mail armour/nasal helms/kite shields
    Upgrade: mail armour and coat of plates/kettle helms/heater shields

    Men-At-Arms Axemen
    1st Level: mail armour/nasal helms
    Upgrade: mail armour and coat of plates/kettle helms

    Armoured Sergeants
    1st Level: padded gambeson over mail armour/kettle helms/heater shields

    Thanks, I think it's likely I will be able to show the sergeants soon. Just have to do some shields (which I actually rather hate doing...) and polish up the units.

    But how is the total progreess going cause i was playing new campain PDER went to the steppes and saw already some nice kipchack units.

    So byz, serbia and toulouse are almost ready ( i think) dont know about kipchacks but really looking forward playing them. Can you tell a bit how far you are cause really would be sad if this mod woudnt get so many attention cause of ETW.

    + have you bin thinking of adding lithuinia to your mod cause it is a bit strange that novograd always take the baltics easally.

    Well, I've been busy helping danova with The Last Kingdom. Mostly coding there. In my free time, I'm working on units for PDER.

    Byzantium is all done except for Pronoia Cavalry and Murtatoi Archers.

    The Serbia early units are roughly 50% done or so.

    Toulouse will take advantage of the new Knights and Sergeants I am working on. Haven't done any faction unique units for them.

    Kypchaks are basically done. However, I will wait for the Rusichi Kypchak models to be released and use them. Since they are nicer. I will use my models as Steppe regionals.

    Im not too worried about ETW stealing my thunder. Since I don't have any thunder to be stolen and since I basically have always made PDER for myself, really.

    And I won't likely won't add Lithuania as a faction.
