    Default Lighting problem.

    Lighting problem.

First off I have not played RTW in ages and I will post a screen shot later. if someone reminds me how to do this.

A fresh install of RTW 1.5 and RG 3.0 and quick fix, everything appears to be working fine should be OK.

I have two problems that may be related, the first is with all the settings on high and my system should handle this the lighting on units within the campaign looks wrong. They do not seem to be properly lit in fact they are not and look dull compared to the units in a custom battle which I used as a comparison.

Secondly the units have a slight jerking movement as if they are skipping a step now maybe I have forgotten and units in RTW always moved like this but I doubt it.

Any thoughts or anyone else noticed this.

Has RTW any problems with a Nvidia 8800 GTS 512

The light can be reverted to the vanilla settings by doing what post #20 describes:

To post a picture check the instructions in the bugs and issues thread:

Not sure what you mean with the unit movement, but check that it`s not the issue with the dualcore described here:

I just did it during your post I know nothing about Modding RTW really.

I replaced this with the vanilla and it seems to work fine now. Curious though was that intentional

Still a problem with the jerky movements.

I don`t remember seing anything out of the ordinary last time I started a rg battle. Maybe you`re used to the animations in m2 or... no idea. Could you please check a vanilla RTW battle and see how that goes?

Flip I missed your post the Duel core thing sounds like the problem. I had a jerky movement in a vanilla game as well but it seemed more pronounced in RG but I suppose that could be because of the better models.

    Thanks for the help.

Well it turned out that the Duel core problem was the problem fixed now so thanks again.
