The Moorish Empire has Accepted a deal with the Leon and Castle to make a joint attack against the Aragon Rebels. The Leon and Castle will be claiming the capital, the Moorish Empire will be claiming the smaller town of Baragos.

The Moorish Empire is responding to the Sicilians plead for Aid. As we speak a Moorish Army and Funds will reach Sicily in (1 turn). We will battle against the Venice dogs until they beg for forgiveness toward the King of Sicily. Until then, We will show no mercy for their armies, And all settlements conquered by the Moorish Empire, Will be transfered to the Sicilian Kingdom.

We only list this to keep other Christian Kingdoms Informed on our intentions, As we are treated more harshly than any other Christian Kingdom would.

If the Christian people are in fear that of the moors in Iberia, I will sell the settlement to either Leon and Castille, or France. Though, The Area does have a heavy population of Muslim believers as it is, Also, We have already committed a declaration of war onto the Aragonese Rebels, Things can not be redone now, and must be eliminated. If the Moorish Empire was to abandon this assault, the rebels would soon invade our own lands. By defeating a Unpredictable Rebel government from Iberia would be safer for the rest of the nations. I would also like to confirm to all that another settlement in Iberia is under Moorish Control (Valecenta or w/e the name is). Our Expansion in Africa is Postponed due to the Plea of help called from our Noble Allies from Sicily, And the Armies will be aiding the Sicilian people within the (Next Turn). I also would ask of the German Empire to pressure your Venice Neighbors into agreeing to surrender the war,
Our larger kingdoms should not watch a Small Trading Empire to war against peaceful people, and if they still refuse, I would think that the German Empire could easily... Absorb the Northern Provinces of Venice into the Empire, Could it not?

I see your concern, I wish to think that the Spanish King of thinking safe for now, both countries seem to be evenly match, If his armies receive a defeat, it could spell the end of his empire. He is Logical for asking aid from a such larger nation. It is what allies do, Correct?

i agree that it would be a good rule of honor that war must be declared before an attack. but im sure skum like the venetians will violate it, for they have no decency.

Poland hopes that this dispute between the sicilians and the venetians will not advesly affect their own with Norway, and once again state that they wish to stay out of the wars in europe, so as to stand vigilent against the barbarians of the far east.

Honor is respectable, but it isn't logical.

Even the greatest leaders in history, were great not because of their honor and respectability, but because they thought outside the box and did something that wasn't traditional or expected.

For example Ceaser & Napoleon are a few that come into mind.

I suggest you read "Sun Tzu - Art of War."

There should be no warnings if a player is going to attack. When a player attacks with out warning, It causes the same effect, Every nation knows that the player is a Snake, and will not trust him fully as it is. Though, If you do say all of your intentions, and do them, Most likely people will trust you more, But thats just common sense. =p

find it odd that you refer so derisivly to the Lion, the sysbol of your state. And it may be useful to use suprise for a quick victory, but it will win you few friends and ultimatly will lead to your downfall, for none shall aid you. even the ilustrious ceaser fell because he in turn was stabbed in the back (literally in his case). as for this Napolean, never heard of him. (not around for a few hundred years ) (not sure if Sun Tzu was available in the west at this time, but i have read it, great book)
and i agree with kaiser, there is no way to force honor, but those who practice it are sure to find friends easier than those who dont

First off, on the wars.

The war between the scottish folks from the Highlands has been disapproved by the Kingdom of Leon-Castille, and as such, no help nor financial aid will be transferred across the seas. The Spanish Kingdom asks not to be associated with The Scottish King's dealings.

Furthermore The King of Spain announces in spite of the war on a fellow Cristian nation (Venice) not to take part in this, and sides up with the Moors in this particular case. In time of need, the armies of Spain will be ready to aid her allied nations in the Peninsula.

I would hope that you would not aid the attacker's will, as he attacked another christian kingdom. We do not defend on your religion, though on the good reputation and Honor that the Sicilian king has presented. And News about Foreign Diplomacy is that the Pirates of the Republic of Genoa Attacked a very small army and a diplomat, The Navy was forced to withdraw, but being a rich and vast empire, Mercenaries quickly came to our aid, and now we are back in track. Though, Having being Declared War by such a small, Republic, We are hesitant to Invade their puny republic, And will be talking how to end the conflict, Though it seems that these... Republics... are more aggressive than any other type of government, And should be watched very closely by the Neighbors who Border them. We do not wish to invade Milan's Italian ground on such a hopeless attack on a transport fleet, But it will be done unless peace has come.
