    Its 1 turn recuitment. However, if you play is the Roman factions, you can create an entire legion in one turn by recruiting a general . I think this system is the best IMO.

    Well, but other faction are in great disadvanteage then. Pity it isnt same for the rest but Romans only. Besides that I like very much this mod. Great work! It made me to play RTW again after a long while.

    Originally, there were plans to add this feature in the game for the Barbarian factions too. But I had no time to do it, really. Perhaps for a future version/patch we will add this for other factions.
