    Is it just me or is Great Moravia (Velká Morava) placed in Greece? With capital of Corinth (Korinthos)?
    The name of the lords was Kníže and not Kniaz and the faction leader would then be named Velký Kníže or Velkokníže.
    Also when I started my Dark Ages campaign a Gunpowder Event appeared and the time was 14th century.
    I do know that Dark Ages is just Beta and is under construction but this is just so weird lol.

    And since I am posting I wanted to ask how are you going to replace Great Moravia with Bohemia if you are going to do it at all since Great Moravia collapsed due to the Magyar raids, internal struggles and hundreds of other factors (sadly).

    You need to select the proper era on the launcher menu to avoid this kind of problem.

    It soulds like you are playing the high era with oprion d on the launcher.

    When I try to play Darkage Campaign, I get 1340 year instead of 889, and gunpowder events.

    The Grand Campaign is the Late Era. The additional campaigns are all found in the Custom Campaigns menu. You will see Darkage there.

    Have just added a hint and a link into the dl-thread (section installation), where you can find the explicite launcher instructions.

    For the short way, look here ...and scroll down there, until you find info about the installation and especially the game-start.

    I don't know if this is Vista related or not but I used the Strategy Informer link to download and USA miror 2. Download finished (it says 590 mb in properties) and when I click on it to install I give it permision to run and I get "this file contains invalid data". I'm new to Vista so maybe I dunno what I'm doing. Other than Kingdoms I have Stainless Steel 6.1 and no other mods and as far as I know SS makes its own folder so things aren't shared. Anybody know what I need to do other than re downloading from the FileFront link?

    That sounds ill. Run a Antivirus on the dl-file, but i'm anyway sure the file you've dl'ed isn't SV 3.0 exe, as it has to be 665 MB (i'll add this info, the file-seize to the dl-thread).

    I deleted it (no virus found) and downloaded from filefront instead and just installed problem free, thanks.

    My bug is in the Dark Age, playing as ERE (Basileia ton Romaion), and I lost Iconium to the Ayyubids and regained it, but I CAN'T BUILD ANY CHURCHES!

    Also can't build any churches in Cagliari and in Palermo. And when I thought I had no requirements, the churches just AREN'T IN THE BUILDING LIST!

    Need your help.

    I am writing to report the same thing. The churches are no longer listed in the city browser list. If you look on the castle list, it is there. I tried deleting the Muslim building types, but the churches never came back.

    When I took Sis, I could build a chapel.

    I believe they may be dependent on hidden resources. I thought I removed this, but I will check.

    I'm playing as Portugal on the Late Era campaign. I'm told that I'm going to be making around 1500 in profits, but I only make 500. A most annoying bug since it leaves me waiting many turns to train a unit or build a new structure.

    Hi to all!

    i downloaded the mod and installed it, but im unabel to get the mod to start. After the Installation the Installer creates a shortcut. If i click on the shortcut, its unabel to find a .exe file. I searched in the hole Medieval Total war folder and thers no Launch_SicilianVesper.exe.

    Its something wrong with the version i downloaded?

    i use Vista and the german Version of Medieval II.

    Can someone upload the porper exe file please

    If the installer is 665mb, then I would suggest reinstalling.

    SV has a field cost script.

    -1000 for every character in enemy land
    -500 for every character in your land

    I will have to put together a players quide with all this information in it.

    Ah, I see. Do characters include agents or just family members? I two units can get free upkeep in forts, does this include family members?

    This just covers Generals (family members & recruitable). Youwill get the free upkeep in forts, but the field cost will still apply. Think of it as they are still pillaging the countryside for supplies.

    Was it you that posted about the market rights and sea trade?

    I am thinking of starting more of the major trading centers with Market rights, etc. To simulate the actual historic situation.

    Every city shouldn't be a Venice, Genoa, Coonstantinople, etc...

    I will do more research on this...

    yes i have music in all other era's that i play in, i have battle music but no campaign music
