its the respect, because lets face it, he still is the third highest poster here, and you can browse his posts and you'll see decent posts, not spam, or pointless ramblings. he had your respect, and he has lost that through no fault of his own. he has been criminalised here, by accusations made by people who didn't know the truth and refuse to accept when it hits them in the face.

as for juan siblesz and den, i can hardly comment o that, i can only speak for one party involved, but as i understand it, aden refused to bow to siblesz, and wouldn't le him have his own way all the time, and siblesz apprently doesn't like that...

sorry, but I truly think, in front of the facts we have, that BP made up this story and is lying to us for a long while now. Your story, besides weird, had to be a major coincidence! Resuming, and without wanting to repeat myself and that convo, bp EXPLICITLY threatened he was about to delete TWC. Less than 44 seconds after TWC ahd been deleted and when PERSONALLY acused by frood HE had deleted the forums, BP did not denied at all. I don't know what more can I say. It's pretty evident and irrefutable to me. Your story besides being VERY convenient had to be a 1in a trillion coincidence...and knowing BP and his character for a while, I remain with no doubts. If he did that out of anger and now was sorry, he should have assumed it. By keep lying and draging his friends to this, he lacks of "honour" in my opinion.

postcount is something but not that important. When I came here he was never a person I would say I would like a lot, but when he was made admin I lost all respect for him. I was for more than once personally misjudged by his actions and many other can say the same...or do you think it's a coincidence that a respected poster from .com logs in here as 'Lord Anal the Quack'?

the coincidence is eaxactly that. a coincidence. stranger things have happened. he didn't drag his friends in either. i chose, of my own free will, to involve myself in this affair, and i admit to conning ricky into helping me as well.

i don't know about the .com poster, or even where .com is, and i don't really care, but if thats the kind of line he can come p with, and he gets respect for that, you guys are in serious need of help.

whilst aden was no dobt angry, if you knew him at all, you'd realise that he would in no way be responsible for this kind of action...

i, however, can say that i do know him. i know him well, for 5 years at least, he has been my best friend. spending that much time with someone, its impossible not to get to know them well, to know what makes them happy, and sad, what wil cause them to react and what won't. with aden, its harder than most, he's very good at hiding most emotions behind a blank mask, but oyu only have to watch his eyes, if you know the signs, its obvious what he's feeling. he likes to, and tries to concela it, but he is quite an emotional person.

despite this he is very good at controling himself, he's rational, logical and even tempered, and 8 years of shotokan karate and daljika have taught him remarkable self control.

believe me, he has told you he was arguing with other people at the time, he was, and i was there, so i know he was depressed, and upset. short of being suicidal, he wouldn't have deleted the site though. he'd have just left, and never come back, or i think he would, he seems kinda attached to this place... thats why i had to act, because on his own, he wouldn't have done anything, he'd have let you guys walk all over him. guess i kinda undersestimated the webmaster here in making back ups as well as ricky, and thikning about, it wouldn't have worked anyway, but it was a good try, though i fully admit its only made things worse.

yes, that was said, i wasn't paying any attention to that convo, i was kinda busy tryingto find out where the site access password had gone. i didn't even know the site had been deleted by this point.



and as i understand it, Duck of War is repeatedly being editted by .com staff, he's not what you can call a respected member by any account!

Admins, This thread has been opened for a few weeks and is far off topic by now. This thread was originally about Lokimus terrorizing TWC with threats. It is now about TBP being reinstated as admin and is just *spam* . It is all stuff we have heard before and should not be posted again. Please close this. Most people have seen this and since this is about TBP as mod have voted against him. This is not a thread anymore about TWC but TBP.

Yes but there have been too much proof as to TBP guilt. We have msn chat stating that he knew of this 44 seconds before. He continually has clogged up these forums and threads with his rebelliousness.

I am headstrong but not even I would keep on rebelling to what we have against him. We award him with civitate and he thanks us by still rebelling. I count him lucky to still be a civitate considering he still had a part in the deletion of TWC.

You (Phoenix) I believe are TBP's friend and you claim he did nothing. We cannot use your plain word because it is in your interest to lie and save TBP. I wouldn't believe you in this case.

Actually i think Siblez, the real actual owner of the site, who could act like a full blown dictator and chooses no to, is, IMO, showing great maturity by:

1st - Not having erased TBP account on the spot for what had happened
2nd - Not feeding the fires in this thread
3rd - Allowing this to continue even after the point of two voting occasions, when he would be more than entitled to erase any thread related to this sad incident in TWC life.

I just wished some older people would show such signs of a well formed personality.

you read to much into that&#33;

the amount of information on the forum server would take a boradband connection at least 2 minutes to delete. (ever tried shredding large numbers of files at once? same principle online as on your hardrive)

the threats 44 seconds before frood posted that the site had been deleted were unrelated and pretty much irrelevant to the issue. the forum had already begun to be deleted by that point, and to my best case, the server details left my house at least 10 minutes before that time.

i didn&#39;t know 44 seconds before, i didn&#39;t know at the event, i was busy arguing over AIM at the time, and didn&#39;t even register that frood had said the site was deleted, as noted by the fact that i only responded to his last comments of goodbye, which shows how long it took between it flashing up on my screen, and me actually noticing it, he had time to bring up another message, so i didn&#39;t even read the previous ones. it wasn&#39;t till Cypher told me which site Phoenix had him delete that i realised what had happened.

rebelling? i&#39;m not rebelling, i&#39;m appealing against, and fighting against an injustice. if that can be called a rebellion, then clearlythis forum is less democratic than its staff would like to admit.

phoenix is my friend, but i do not ask him to lie for me, nor would i ever. i am a man of honour, i am happy to except responsibility for my actions, but i will not take the weight for that which i have not done. the same applies to members of the clan, the same code binds us. Cypher and Phoenix are both willing to accept responsibility for their actions, they have come here, they have told you this, Cypher has apologised. my friends would not lie for me, as i would not lie for them, it goes against the code, it goes against their honour.

civitateship is not, and should not be a reward. it is a responsibility. i do not deny that responsibility also comes with privilage, but that is not the reason for the responsibility, and those people who put the privilage of rank before the responsibility of it, should not have the rank to begin with.


PR, is it a sign of a well formed personality that you let people pin onyou crimes you are innocent of, let people take advantage of you, and walk all over you? no, i would say not.

finally, the point of a forum is free speech, debate, etc etc. like all others, this topic does not (usually ) contain flame insult nor spam, and therefore, like other topics, has a right to exist.
