    Default 2-handed bug fixed in this mod?

    I assume it is, but just checking to make sure. How do the various two-handers (forlorn hope, dis. english knights, JHI, etc.) compare to each other now?

    I have retrofit 1.0 with unit addon.

    If by compare you mean stats?? Then they have remained relatively the same. Unfortunatley I shouldn't even be answering this because I have no idea what you're talking about lol!

    The so-called two-hand bug was fixed long, long ago in the official M2TW 1.2 patch. So yes, certainly, that bug is fixed in this Kingdoms based mod.

    Errr... Yes and no!

    The stats for 2-handed units are improved but its mostly the animations that are still gimped.

    The answer is yes, the bug that the Total War community referred to as the "two hand unit bug" was fixed in the official 1.2 patch last year. Since you get the 1.2 patch when you install Kingdoms, and since this mod requires Kingdoms, this mod includes the fix for that bug. Neb's opinion that 2-handed unit animations look gimpy is just that, his opinion....but there is nothing "bugged" about them.

    It may be my opinion but its also that of many if not most modders and forum bug lists. The animations were the main problem and they have not been fixed in patch 1.2 or any other patch.

    In retrofit mod they are compensated with increased attack & defence. This helps but does not eliminate the problem.

    Fortunately there are fixes and FactionHeir's fix is worthwhile.

    I certainly would have expected Candelarius to have been more knowledgable here. Are 2H animations still bugged in 1.2 ??
