Problem with install

So I tried installing, and it said it skipped through everything. It then says it successfully installed, and creates an icon, but when I click on the icon, it just goes straight to the regular Rome Total War game. And the ROP files aren't in the RTW folder, even though thats where I specified putting them. Help?
