Dewy is the modeller of East of Rome he keeps insulting everyone,I made a faction roster -since Iam a researcher- and Nakharar the team leader asked me to Pm dewy and give him the roster and I did,he kept Insulting me in his pms.I may post all the messages he sent me,he doesn't respect the team members at all

If someone insults you in a PM, that is an insulting PM.

My advice, sort this out among yourselves rather than getting staff involved. Get your team leader to act as a go between, it's part of a team leaders job to keep the team together. Getting staff involved is likely to signal the departure of your modeller, or you.

You should have contacted a local moderator like me, and I could have talked to him. Now senior mods are involved so i will not act unless asked. Sorry Admins didn't know about the situation.

Why would they contact a local mod when local mods only have juristiction over a single forum, unlike the site moderators who have powers over large areas and are members of TWC staff. Local mods don't have any powers to deal with insulting pms.

But if he does insult Locals, then they wouldn't wan't him in their forums, and hence he could be banned from parts of the site. When risk of being banned from certain forums arouse, I would hope that would calm him down.

well,I've tried to solve the problem within the team as you said,but Nakharar -the team leader- is on vacation so making a contact with him is imposible,and not only did he insult me but also he insulted other team members,so I tried to think how to stop this guy from offending me and the rest of the team members so I posted this thread here and again I thank all of you for your concern

I know, but the locals could still have the admins ban that person from their forums.

The insults were not in a PM, atleast the one quoted above, it was in the EOR dev forum. Also it was between team members. I understand his post was against the rules but I hope the conflict could be resolved within the team. I also would have reported the post to a moderator.
