    Icon10 Beorn's

Will Beorn's be in the Game?

One makes a brief appearance in Book 3 of Lord of the Rings.

Reread the Hobbit. Beorn was werewolf. He and all his descendants could turn into bears. Beorings live in forest near Mirkwood elves and Dale

Dale Unit-list in firs post of Dale Thread. about beorings in Dale unit-list. It will be elite powerful infantry with Two handed axes and javellines. We still think about bonuses for them

I'm not sure is werewolf correct name to person who can transform to bear but no other conmplaining. But Beorn died few years after Battle of Five Armies and when this mod starts his son Grimbeorn (he later was called Grimbeorn the Old) was probably ruling beornings.

Year of beginning will be 2954 because at year 2953 Saruman started to do his industrial Uruk-hai stuff in Isengard and at year 2954 Orodruin became active again and evil started to gather to Mordor.

Mordor was quite empty and Isengard wasn't military power when Bilbo was born at year 2890. Also Dale and Erebor were under treat of Smaug during that time.

Transformer? That brings in my mind picture of huge robot so that's not good.

Maybe you could re-create the battle of 5 armies, as a historical battle?

Don't worry, there will be lots of historical battles, such as:

    Battle of the Pelennor Fields
    Battle of the Morannon
    Battle of the Hornburg
Battle of the Fords of Isen
    Battle of Azanulbizar
    Battle of Five Armies

Shapechanger is the word you are all looking for he has the ability to change shape. Maiar and elder of the first age could also shapechange.

I think they can I remember reading it in one of tolkeins works. They got the ability to shapechange from the valar and only select few could do it. It wasn't a common gift but I think it's possible for them to do it.

What about the last alliance battle against sauron. That would be awesome...

Why do you start so late? Why not from the first age?
