problem with KGC, any help wud be appreciated

ive installed the mod fine ,ten i start it upp and everything is ok until i get to startin the game ,after i choose the faction,then i get a error about my graphics card sayin turn the settings down on your car ,which i dd do to no avail.
i could understand this happenein if tw2 and kingdoms didnt work so im confusd as to why its giving me this error.
any help or info would be great ,i really wannn aply this mod sounds class,fair play to thoses whotook the time to put it tpgether.thx opp
