Availability: I can skin for personal use or mods. But I can not dedicate full time becuase i'm quite buisy.

Why limit yourself to RTW? Skinning for WoTN is needed a lot.

Also UV needs skinners. From Iceland to India, Norway to South Africia. We need skinners.

I've been learning some Medival work. But it's kinda hard since I don't have either Medival total war. But I guess I could skin for Medival I just need be able to see the texture and i'm good. It's also pretty wickid how units can be differnt and not clones.
