Hmmmm OK then... I will call myself Acting Leader of this project until someone with more experience and expertise comes along...
We need for the time being mappers and researchers I think... We have the support of CBUR and Bulgaria TW for units, and I will speak to other accuracy groups such as Magyar mod about using their units.
Also we need:
-A name
-To decide what area the map will cover
-A final decision on starting and finishing dates
-And suggestions from everyone on TW center!
- Oh, and a proper mod leader.
It is nice to see someone who gets the rensponsibility of such a mod!

The time frame is:900-1079ad
The map as we discussed in previus posts must be the clasic(north africa.middle east and europe)...That is becouse the world of that era is very interesting...
It is nice to hear that you are going to ask help from other teams...
But...carefull the unit rosters that you will be searching and adding in this mod(ex:Most of the present rosters refairing to eras after 1080 and later)!
So you will need a lot of researchers and "new" units for factions like the East and west frankish empires,the Lombards,the vikings,the saxons and the muslim factions like the iberian,the sicelian and the Cretan side by side the clasic middle eastern ones!
Do not hasitade to ask any time!
PS: Do not be very hasty...moding takes a lot of time(for ex:the byzantine roster will take some time becouse other roster has priority[600-900ad])!

Right... at the moment I think this mod should be released "bit by bit" to keep interest alive, and make work easier. In the very first release, the units would mostly be from Vanilla, plus from mods that agree to share their work with us. As well as this, the campaign map would have new regions and new starting locations more appropriate for 900AD.
In later releases, more and more new units would arrive, plus other new features proposed by TW center members, until the mod eventually reaches a 1.0 release.
What do you think? And who wants to join the team? Plus name proposals would be good!
