Hey I cook this all the time when I need a quick yet tasty pasta recipe
My mom used to make it once a week AT LEAST when I was a kid

Here in Malta we make "Froga tat-Tarja", which is basically an omlette with pasta. Just beat eggs, add grated cheese, add some milk(like a regular omlette recipe) and mix it all up with REALLY REALLY thin spaghetti.
Then add ham or cheese or parsley or whatever you like
I like to add Maltese Sausage and regular sausage and cheese and ham and tomatoes...DAMN I'm hungry

Not whole stuff, all chopped of course and don't add a whole bunch of it because that'd take away the flavour of the "Omelette" Pasta
It's a Maltese thing...albeit with French and Italian influence...

See those 2 years that the Frenchies were here actually had a positive impact

This is the basic plain "Froga tat-Tarja"

This was a Chicago style deep dish pizza pie I had from a local place. The sauce was a little too tangy, but it's one of the few places I can find Chicago style where I live.

No no it is pizza, it was invented in Chicago by an Italian Chef: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_deep_dish_pizza

It contains twice the ingredients you would normally get on a thin crust. It is really good so don't judge it until you try.

By far some of the best pizza I've ever had comes from Chicago such as http://www.taylorstpizza.com/

The sauce comes on top of the the cheese.

The goodness is inside. One slice is like eating 3 of a regular pizza, you really do share these with people.

Hey do you know what a Calzone is? How is that much different? It's also stuffed. It's not gross it's just a pie... what could be more gross than Lasagna?
