This is the estate of George Mares, groom of Paula, Lord William Clinton's sister. It comprises roughly the boundaries of Lancashire County.

Yes, Lord Gloucester... such a pity about your cousin, he was a good man... anyway, we wish to aid you financially and we felt the best way to do this would be to purchase the estate you are selling. Your price is 5000 florins, eh?

Glouchester nodded.
