Rule Merge: Obscene Content and Censor Bypass

Since these rules are so similiar I suggest a merge of them into:

Obscene Content (1, 3 or 6 points)

Patently offensive content is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:

*Attempting to bypass the censor by misspelling, inserting spaces or symbols, transposing letters, using look-alike symbols, or any other method is not allowed. For example, if "gris" is a banned word:
** Not allowed: g-r-i-s, gr*s, g***, 9|-1$, girs, gryeeeas, grizznizz, **** (rhymes with "bris")
** Allowed: ****, ****ed, ****ing, g'ed, g-word
* Providing images or videos displaying genitals or exposed breasts except in a serious and non-titillating context
* Providing images or videos of sexual intercourse (implicit or explicit), excessive gore, or other patently obscene material
* Providing verbal descriptions or details about any sexual act or sexual organs

If external websites use reasonably (not excessively) obscene content, such as mild nudity, some swearing, or reasonable levels of gore, you can link to them if you post a warning alongside the link. Likewise, embedded material that is not overly obscene can be provided if thread viewers must actively click a button to see it (e.g., spoiler boxes or embedded YouTube videos), and it is accompanied by a warning.

If someone bypassed the N word used for black people, I wouldnt really consider that obscene in the normal sense of the word (pornographic, etc) but its still a censor bypass. Same with the whole Pakistan word issue. Or even then S word for crap or the female dog word.

If we're to be correct profanity is vulgarity not obscenity. I do not particular see the point in merging the rules.

These are of quite different severities, as well. How many points would you have this new offense be? Censor bypassing is minor, posting breasts is pretty major.
