for some f**cked up reason my recycle bin doesnt work anymore, every file i delete is permanently deleted straight away, if i wantd to do that id use the shift key.

Can anyone help me get the recycle bin to receive files again????

If you're running Windows XP, right-click on the recycling bin, choose properties, and make sure "Remove files immediately when deleted" is unchecked.

lol the checkkbox says "Do not move files to the Recycle bin. Remove files immediatly when deleted"

However the checkbox does nothing, even when i drag something onto the bin it still permanently deletes it

i might ad that my computer is trying to fight spyware and it is losing, by the time ive finished a scan there is already more installed. Sometimes when it gets to much and ive got to go to task manger, i cant close the diff spyware as it simply reappears to fast.

i think the spyware ive got is some elitlebar32 and huntbar and searchmiracle crap

    Ouch!!
See if any of that spyware shows up in MSCONFIG, in the services or startup tabs.
    What spyware/antivirus are you running?

You may have a bit of a Trojan

Use the handy shortcut Ctrl-W. Or, don't use IE at all; I find its more prone to spyware attacks than other browsers.
