    Default Mongols playable?

    Is their a way to make mongols playable similar to
    the way I made Antioch playable? To clarify, moving Mongols to
    the unlockable/playable column and moving Poland, etc. to unplayable/unlockable
    column. :hmmm:

    The Mongols are a playable faction in v3.2, the latest version. The download can be found in the 'Kingdoms Grand Campaign Mod Vikings (06/07/08)' thread in this forum.

    @RON JEREMY,

    The mongols are unplayable in patch 3.2. So yes, you will have to switch them to playable and another faction to unplayable. I am 12 turns into a new campaign as the mongols myself. Looking forward to playing it more later

    So far so good with the Mongols, I have seen some major improvements. However, I still think the Mongols would be ever better if all horde functions were removed entirely, and they began as a regular faction. To simulate the horde, instead of giving horde reinforcements, just give scripted reinforcements. I'm not sure if that was entirely clear, but I think if we can trick them into being a regular faction instead of horde faction, they will behave even more aggressively.
