Thats impossible to say at this moment. First we need to get a singleplayer campaign working.

I don't believe that its possible to disable multi player in the game. Even if the team doesn't think multi player will work well with the mod, it can always be activated and deactivated through the preferences.cfg file.
We never said we would disable it. I was merely stating that some mechanics of EBII would make it impossible for hotseat campaign to work.

Is hotseat campaign made possible yet? Sorry...if I'm posting on an old post...but I really really would like to hear that hotseat will be here for EBII.
we'll get a campaign first, then worry about multiplayer.

Right now due to the reduced number of units some faction have we can't really focus on that, w/o units you can't really test the campaign apart from certain features.
But I saw that there was an option to disable the console in hot seat mode so probably there shouldn't be any problems.
