    when you took over a settlement. you would get there most basic units. like militia and a weak archer.

    you could destroy there cultural building which will allow buildings of your culture. and you could eventually build culture upgrades. and wonders and wonder exploits. so you could eventually get every one of your units in any city. and the previous cultures militia units.

    this doesnt matter to me how you do it. As long as after i take over a different cultures city or castle. i will be able to eventually train all the soilders i would be able to in my own castle/city.
    That's how we'll do it, that was decided a long time ago.

    What about a merchants guild, that instead of making merchants better increases the trade input/output of the settlement?

    How about a guild that models the Mirror of Galadriel...Hm..Im still thinking how this would help..Since the Mirror allows vision of the past, present, and future, I would suggest that the Guild of the Mirror (or whatever) should be exclusively for the High/Silvan Elves, and should increase maintainace and public order.

    It would make more sense as a unique bulding in Caras Galadhon than a guild, in my opinion.

    True, that would make a bit more sense then just randomly sprawled out guilds resembling the Mirror. Hmm..I could think of a few more unique buildings..such as the Hornburg for Helm's Deep, or the Tower of Ecthelion, Merethrond, or the Harlond for Minas Tirith. Ive got no ideas for a guild though..unless youd want a Guild of the Palantiri haha..

    how about a guild called Council of Men? where nobles come and make decisions and stuff. I have the Expanded Middle Earth encyclopedia thing and it mentions breifly as such

    + Public Order 10%
    + Happiness 5%
    - 10% Unit discount

    Is this possible?
