The corsairs of Umbar were Black Númenóreans.... They are part of Harad.

And there weren't probably pure númenoreans in Umbar anymore. I bet when they after civil war went there they didn't take many women with them so they must've mixed pretty badly with local people.

Both Harad and Mordor have some black numenorian mixed in with them. And then their is Angmar...

I don't think there were any black númenoreans in Mordor (expect some of nazgûls were originally númenoreans/dúnedain).

Nope there was only one person in all of middle-earth like the mouth and Big red he was not a black, he was a person once but his devotion was beyond even the witch-kings and he was hence made apart of Saurons own Magic.

Gothmog and the Mouth are the same person as i read in one forum

and that's why

Gothmog means "the Mouth of Morgoth" and Sauron is the "messenger" of Morgoth so Gotmog is "the Mouth of Sauron"

The white city will be almost imposible to make (that is atleast what I have been told). As for Barad-Dur does someone even know how to make a city from a tower?

There is no way to make any custom settlement at this point, that includes a tower.
