    Default ERE Happiness Levels

I will start this off by saying that I enjoy this mod very much, and I love Invasio Barbarorum as a whole. But one thing I've noticed with this mod is a ridiculous public happiness problem in the beginning of the ERE campaign. Losing half of my empire by turn three because of Civic revolts is a bit drastic if you want to show the difficulties of the later empire.

I was just wondering why this is and if you know any ways of avoiding it.

Hi misplacedgeneral, just need to know if you have the latest patch installed for it is designed to further curbed that issue. Thanks..glad you like the mod...but yes its a very difficult situation...never lost half my ere on the hardest levels at the start but noticed a some serious rebellions mostly takes place around the Greek provinces.

The start of the campaign requires some serious economic micro management with the idea of it becoming less that way. If you do not micro manage from the start then yes you will lose half ur empire very quickly. This is certainly the first advice i would give then secondly construct the armies that best fits your situation then after crushing those early rebellions with the army you already had then make plans to expand. The ere is very wealthy and quite the juggernaut when it gets going

Its still a work in progress.. be the first to admit. The many provinces the ere has and the total provinces (199)make balancing quit a task to do.

I don't think I have any patch, where might I find it?

I lost all the provinces South and West of where my Caesar is stationed (Thessaly I believe) and the two due north of Constantinople, Egypt, Jerusalem, Antioch, the city in Armenia, and Melite also rebelled.

As far as micro-managing, I did everything from moving governors to adding troops to queuing up troops and destroying religious buildings as a last resort.

I didn't really have a problem with funding, though.
